Welcome To My World

by Mike Vardy on January 10, 2008

DogYou've weaved your way through the World Wide Web and found yourself here, which is a good thing.  Here is the right place to be.  Over there is despair and stress.  Beside the lamp post lies contempt.  Under the couch is full of dust-bunnies and utter hatred.  Elsewhere there is no hope.  But here, my friend, you have found a guru. And not a guru in the traditional sense, but a "gooroo".  Gifted Outstanding Orator who is Results-Oriented in an extraOrdinarily new way.  Gooroo. I'm big on acronyms, as you'll soon see/read/understand/become aware.

You see, I'm all about taking personal productivity and getting things done to a whole different and exciting level.  I've discovered through years of painful process and heartache – which has not left me scarred in any way whatsoever – that you can accomplish everything you need to and be happy without doing much at all.

It's what I like to call Effing The Dog™.

Now, this is going to be a lot for many people to absorb, so I'm going to break the learning process down to many blog entries over time.  Overwhelm, while it can be an integral part of Effing The Dog™, can be detrimental in the early stages.  Only after some study can one really take all the knowledge that I'm going to thrust and make the philosophy work at its highest level.

I've got big plans for this website – and for you, the readers of said website.  So sit back, relax and soak it all in like a sponge you'd see being handled and squeezed by young bikini-clad women at your local car wash fundraiser.  You are about to have a true awakening.

For now, stay firm…and don't blow it.

Excellent! I am very, very excited that you have big plans for me, the reader! I want you to know that I am very relaxed and have indeed started to soak up your wisdom like a sponge. Coincidence would have it that I am actually on a quest to accomplish a lot without expending too much effort so the arrival of your site in the blogosphere is quite fitting. I am looking forward to many more posts!
