Coming Eventually: EffTD Interview with David Bohl (SlowDownFast)

Today I did a quick interview with David Bohl of SlowDownFast …I'm sure there is irony in there somewhere.
David is teaching others to find out what is at the heart of one's "best life", and he has many tools to assist in the process. As a matter of fact, he's even got me intrigued – so much so that I may actually pick up his books and read it (unless he has it in an audio format, which is my preferred way of reading.)
I'll post a transcript of the interview here at EffingTheDog.com, but you'll hear it in all its glory when The EffTD™ Podcast debuts this Friday. Yes, I said THIS Friday – we've pushed the debut of the podcast ahead a week due to popular demand!
