As I've said before (but have yet to elaborate on), the Internet is an essential tool when you want to EffTD with the best of them. Of course, there are a wide variety of options to "surfboard" the web out there, and while no option is right…there is one that is.
Flock is considered to be the "Social" web browser. Yep. I said social, or rather, typed it. What I'm getting at is that you can use Flock to connect yourself socially to all of your social networking sites that you should and do belong to. After all, you're Effing The Dog, right?
What Flock does is allow a ton of your social networking sites to be at your fingertips – by showing you waht is going on at each of them constantly. This feature creates a ton of distraction for any kind of focus you may have had or are seeking. For example, Facebook updates are shown in the left sidebar as they happen. And getting constant updates on your friends' activities (or moods, etc.) is a great way to have a non-productive day. Plus, you can update your status on the fly. This is Effing The Dog online at its finest.
Sure, I've used Firefox, Safari, Opera and other browsers, but none let me EffTD like Flock. And…Flock is free. Name another browser that can make that claim!
I've even spawned a new catchphrase by using it – called "Flocking The Dog." Catchy, ain't it?
