The First Bi-Weekly Eventual Success Story

by Mike Vardy on June 11, 2010

I’m going to start a tradition here at Eventualism called The Bi-Weekly Eventual Success Story series.  It will be bi-weekly and consist of an eventual success story.

This week’s Eventual Success Story subject is Lindsay Lohan.

She’s gone from being the enemy of mean girls everywhere to becoming one of them.  Every Friday for her over the past several years has been freaky, and her turn as Linda Lovelace in the forthcoming Inferno embodies that “freakiness” to the eventual degree.  The director of the film says her performance will “blow minds” which is good news for her because she’s best known to have blown off court appearances and blown positive for breathalyzer tests.

This week she’s been removed from the “wanted list” in terms of crime-related offenses, although to be fair she was removed from Hollywood’s wanted list some time ago.  But what’s best about Ms. Lohan is that she shows no eventual signs of slowing down.  Keeping up with her nowadays is about as easy as keeping up with The Love Bug that she sullied drove years ago.

So, for making sure she “neventually” falls off our pop culture radar but making sure her respectability stays off of it, Lindsay Lohan is this bi-week’s Eventual Success Story.
