Only72 Eventually Returns to Rock Your Life

I’m stoked to be eventually part of this Only72 deal.

Not as a person with anything to sell in it, mind you. Just to be able to have a small part as an affiliate means I’ve garnered enough respect from the productivityist/mnmlst/non-conformissed (I’m so much of one I spell it incorrectly on purpose) that I can have a share of their revenue and all I have to do is extol the virtues of their wares. It couldn’t be easier, really.

Eventual Thoughts on the World Domination Summit

One way to become more eventual is to have your mind explode.

That said, it is a lot more eventual if it is only done figuratively, as opposed to literally. The latter simply causes death…which is more perpetual than eventual, really.

Why am I writing about exploding minds? It’s because at last weekend’s World Domination Summit, mine was. Here’s why:

I eventually met Leo.

He’s as I expected. Simply dressed. Simply friendly and warm. Even his talk was simple. He did not wear a habit, however, a “zen” one or otherwise. But he did state that the amount of goals we should all strive for are “nun”, which is close enough in my estimation.

I eventually met Brett.

I knew I’d like Brett. I just wish he’d help me develop Eventualnote rather than stick with Evernote. Then again, thanks to AT&T’s stellar 3G service, Evernote was a lot like Eventualnote when I tried to sync my iPhone’s notes. So there’s that.

I eventually met a lot of people, really.

I made new friends, saw old ones, and didn’t alienate anyone. In fact, I even found some who “got” Eventualism. I love Portland. And I love non-conformists, too.

I eventually took away a lot.

More on this eventually, but I will say that while EffTD and Eventualism are generally eventual in nature, I realized that both are like the man-made wonders of the natural world. They are spectacular and need to be shared so that they can be seen far and wide. Expect more of that starting next month…once I’m done with all of this eventual travel I’ve got going on.

Would I recommend heading to Portland next June for the second edition of the World Domination Summit? Without a doubt. It’s an awesome experience that has to be experienced for you to be able to make that claim.

And you’ll finally (and eventually) get to meet me. And that’s awesome unto itself.
